Life & Career Design. Using “Designing Your Life” principles—developed by two Stanford University professors—you’ll redesign your daily routine, build positive habits, and become more intentional about where your time, energy, and attention is going.
Goal Setting. Set new life goals, career goals, business goals, and income goals. Take action consistently. Get things flowing in the direction you want.
Time to Think Deeply. Each class gives you a chance to step away from your busy schedule, think deeply, and get clear on your priorities.
Bust Out of a Rut. Learn new tools for getting unstuck, including: Wild Writing™, a process that wakes up your brain, gets creativity flowing, and helps you see the story of your life from a new perspective.
Community. Bond with your teacher and classmates. Feel less isolated. Get boosted by the energy of the group atmosphere.
Accomplishment. Check things off your list. Share “I did it!” updates with the class. Feel your life take on a new shape. Feel proud of yourself with each passing week.

Online Sessions
Online sessions are offered on Thursday afternoons, meeting every week. Join from anywhere in the world via Zoom. Classes are always live, real-time discussions. Can’t make a class? No problem! Recordings will be made available to you after each session.

Meet Your Class Leader
Ellen Fondiler is an award-winning entrepreneur and career strategist. Her credentials include a BS in Psychology from Cornell University, a JD in Law from Loyola Marymount, and decades of life experience as an educator, project manager, business owner, and mom of two amazing boys. Ellen is a certified Designing Your Life coach and certified Wild Writing™ instructor.
